Husked coriander (US: cilantro) seeds. This aromatic spice has a pungent, slightly lemony flavour and is the second main ingredient, the other being cumin, in Dhana jeeru, a masala frequently used in Gujurati cooking with vegetables, and in bean curries and chaats.
