Porbeagle or mackerel shark. A member of the shark family common in the Atlantic. It grows to 4 meters (13 ft) in length. It has good flavour and texture and is grilled in the form of steaks.

Almond paste or marzipan. This is composed of equal weights of ground sweet almonds and icing sugar.

Velvet bolete. An edible mushroom, smooth and dark yellow, found in late summer.

Yellow cracked bolete. A type of edible mushroom found in autumn.
