Egg cup

A garnish of hard boiled egg yolks mashed with softened butter and paprika, rolled into balls and then in finely chopped truffles and truffle oil. They are served with soup.

Scrambled egg

A savoury baked egg custard made in a mould and which may be served with smoked eel among other things.

A savoury flan which is made with finely chopped spinach combined with cream and eggs, put in a mould and cooked in a bain-marie and then turned out.

Egg yolk

A waffle served with whipped cream, sugar and jam or fresh fruit as a dessert. May also be served as part of a selection of cakes and biscuits traditionally offered to guests for Swedish afternoon coffee but without the whipped cream.
