Pine bolete. A mild tasting, chestnut-capped cep mushroom found under pines.
Pumpkin. Vegetable marrow. A very large pumpkin with orange flesh used principally in soups.
Stewed pumpkin. In the south of Spain this may be included in vegetable sauces.
