Porbeagle or mackerel shark. A member of the shark family common in the Atlantic. It grows to 4 meters (13 ft) in length. It has good flavour and texture and is grilled in the form of steaks.
A dessert made with mixed cow's and goat's milk, sugar and vanilla, caramelised and packed in small boxes after which it is named. This traditionally comes from Celaya in Guanajuato.
A caramelised, fudge-like sugar and milk mixture most easily produced by boiling a tin of sweetened condensed milk for two hours, as is used in banoffi pie. In Mexico it is more traditionally made with goat's milk boiled with sugar.
