Morel mushroom
Wood blewit. A bright lilac blue mushroom with fresh clean flavour and excellent with potatoes.
Horse mushroom. Edible, and very delicious, but easily mistaken for other less palatable or even poisonous mushrooms.
Endive (US: chicory)
Beef flank or top rib is browned in oil and then stewed in whiskey with vegetables.
