Maralin. A rather dry fish, usually served in steaks as it may be rather large.

"Violin fish." Guitar fish. Violin fish. Named, as one might expect, from the elongated ray shape, resembling a string instrument. Found around Crete and the southern Mediterranean. Treated in the same way as angel fish.

Flying fish. Not much eaten, but either fried or grilled when caught.

"Peaches stuffed with almonds." Peaches stuffed with ground almond frangipane and baked.
