"Little ridged thimbles." Tiny short, ribbed or ridged pasta, shaped liked thimbles, often used in soups.
A roll of puff pastry stuffed with any of a number of fillings, such as nutella. Saw in the window of a pasticceria in Via Portico in Assisi but can’t quite read the label. Could be dito or dite.
