A DOC zone of Friuli-Venezia Giulia which extends as far as Trieste and the former Yugoslavia. It produces red wines from Terrano grapes, which are a strain of Refosco.
"Music paper." A very thin, crisp, unleavened bread from Sardinia. It has good keeping qualities. It is eaten as is, crumbled into soups or ground into meal.
