Cocoa butter. The fatty substance obtained from cocoa beans.
Caviar butter
Shrimp butter, made by mashing cooked shrimps and butter together and sieving.
Crayfish butter, made from the remains of crayfish used for some other purpose.
"Sheperd's huts butter." Sheep's milk butter.
Creamy butter of very high quality. As is the case in France, butter is used widely in northern Italy but is replaced by olive oil in the south. The best butter comes from Emilia-Romagna.
