Chickweed. A plant which grows wild near streams and on wasteland and may be eaten raw in salads, cooked in the same way as spinach or used to make soup.
A stew from the Auvergne made with beef, chicken, ham, vegetables and bread. I have also seen this described as a chicken pot-au-feu flavoured with saffron.
