A sauce from Calabria and Sicily made with olive oil mixed with mint, parsley, capers, oregano, garlic and lemon peel. It is served with grilled fish, especially swordfish, or meat.
Sauce of tomatoes stewed in olive oil with garlic and served with pasta and grated cheese.
