"Sicilian ice cream." This is not an ice cream at all, but made with crema rinforzata with almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios, vanilla or chocolate. A sort of soft nougat.
"Ice of melon." A dessert from Sicily of watermelon juice mixed with jasmine water and cornflour (US: corn starch) and sometimes zuccata, chilled and decorated.
