Whitefish. Pollan or vendace. A small relation of char or lake whitefish and is a slightly oily freshwater fish Lake Geneva, prepared in the same way as trout. It can be baked or fried.
Wines from Lazio which may be either red or white, the reds from Montepulciano, Cesarese and Nero Buono di Cori grapes and the whites from Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes. They come from the DOC zone around Cori.

Dolphin fish or dorado, silver and gold and found all over the world. No relation to a dolphin. Usually made into steaks.

Cornetti can be used to describe anything horn or crescent-shaped. This one is small tube pasta. They are also cream-filled pastry horns and chocolate horns filled with candied fruits. It is even a name for French beans.
Small loaves of bread made by rolling sheets of dough into horns and then baking it, unlike cilindrati which are rolled into cylinders.

Cornetti can be used to describe anything horn or crescent-shaped. This one is a sweet, crescent-shaped bread or roll. Croissant, sometimes with a stuffing.
