Long-grain rice
"Rice with milk." Rice pudding. Rice porridge.
Basmati rice. The finest flavoured of all rices.
Brown rice
"Rice in Créole style." There are two versions of this. Either rice with peppers and tomatoes. Alternatively, rice with sweet, orange-flavoured rice.
"Rice of the Camargue." Very sought after.
