"In the style of Vienna." This indicates a food which is dipped in egg and breadcrumbs and then fried. It most often applies to veal.
A large firm oily, famously smelly cheese in the shape of an orange sphere with a fruity aroma and flavour, factory-made, especially in Flanders. Similar to Maroilles. It is made to copy the Dutch cheese Mimolette.
"Old Windmill." Provençal olive oil made from local Tanche olives. It has a distinct lemony aroma which is also reminiscent of charcuterie. The flavour is full and eggy with a touch of citrus and not too much pepper.
