St John's wort

St John's Wort is widely used as a herbal treatment for depression. The Cochrane Review suggests that there is evidence in trials of a small effect, though more precise trials show less benefit than less precise ones. Trials from Germany report greater benefit, and it is more widely used there.

Stockton Bight prawn

However, they are most commonly Metapenaeus macleayi, which is translucent (looking grey when heaped up in the market) with green or brown speckling. They are usually around 8 cm (3") in total body length. They are fished in sandy bottoms near river mouths.

Bael fruit; a close relative of the citrus. The fruit is about the size of, and has the appearance of a greyish-yellow orange with a thin woody rind. The floury pulp is pale orange in colour and has numerous seeds. Dried slices are soaked and boiled and the resulting liquid sweetened and drunk. Used for medicinal purposes.

It may grow as large as 2 m (6 ft) in length and it is found in both the Mediterranean and throughout the Atlantic. Wreckfish are inclined to follow bits of flotsam and jetsam floating on the surface of the sea.
