A variety of tomato developed for growing in the southern states of America at the University of Arkansas from a plant found in the Ozark Mountains. It is an heirloom tomato which produces a high yield in late season of large, round, rose-pink fruits, weighing around 170-225 g (6-8 oz) in hot temperatures. They have a creamy, milk flavour. Indeterminate.
Ark shells are a family of medium to large edible marine clams, a bivalve shellfish found in sandy coastal waters throughout the world. They can have a rectangular or oval shell and include Noah's ark. and are generally available pickled in brine or vinegar. However, they can be found fresh in some parts of the world, in which case they can be eaten either raw or steamed for around five minutes and checked in the same way as you would mussels and often served as part of a pasta dish. They are inclined to be tough and chewy.

Beef cut. The chuck or shoulder quarter is large and can yield a number of different cuts, of which this is one. Also available are inside chuck roll, chuck tender, chuck short ribs, arm pot-roast and Boston cut. These are less tender cuts than the prime loin and rib cuts but are nevertheless particularly tasty when cooked well. A moist heat is required, which makes all these cuts suitable for braising and pot-roasting, as well as casseroling.
