"Molehills." Prunes which are soaked in lemon syrup, the stone sometimes replaced with an almond. The dish is decorated with vanilla custard and sometimes with grated rye bread and grated chocolate.

Cloudberry. A relation of the raspberry but with an amber colour and which grows wild in northern regions of Europe and North America. Cloudberries are seldom cultivated. They have a smoky flavour and are excellent for making jams (US: jellies) and preserves. In Sweden they are used for making parfait. There is also a liqueur made from multebær - in Småland Sweden in the 1960/70ties people drank a homemade (highly illegal, but very good) 'multebær eau de vie' liqueur.
