Butter cake made with sweetened yeast dough. After it has proved, a third of the dough is rolled out and put into a ring-shaped cake tin. This is covered with custard cream. The remaining dough is made into snegl, with currants and butter, and these are placed above the layer in the cake tin. It is left to rise again and then baked.
