Fresh, light, fruity dry wines in the style of vinho verde and made from unripened grapes: faintly sparkling and acid in taste, it is very refreshing and has a low alcohol content. Should be drunk young and chilled.
Velvet swimming crab. One of the largest of the swimming crabs. A small spider crab with sweet, flaky white flesh. It has good flavour but is too small to pick, so is used in soups.
