Prawn crackers

Rice paper wrappers, almost transparent pancakes made from rice flour, most famously used for wrapping spring rolls or used as a flatbread.

Sweet bean paste rolled into a ball and encased in rice flour dough, stewed in ginger and sugar and served with toasted sesame seeds and a warm sauce.

Thin pancake wrappers made from tapioca, wheat and cornflour (US: corn starch), rather than rice flour as in banh trang. It is used for wrapping foods.
