A Burmese influenced soup-like dish from northern Thailand made with deep-fried crispy egg noodles, pickled cabbage, shallots, lime, nam prik pao and meat in a curry-like sauce containing coconut milk.
Fishwort. A green leafy plant with a slightly fishy smell used in China, Japan, Korea and South East Asia. The roots may also be used and the plant is also used for medicinal purposes.
