"Apple wine", with a slightly higher alcohol content than cider, if it has alcohol, which it sometimes doesn’t. Cider in Sweden is usually quite sweet and can be alcohol free.
"Apricot and apple soup." A sweet dessert soup of apricots and apples, perhaps with fresh mint. The broth, apricots and apples are then sieved and it may be served with cream.
