Chickweed. A plant which grows wild near streams and on wasteland and may be eaten raw in salads, cooked in the same way as spinach or used to make soup.
Lady Day. A festival in the religious calendar celebrated on 25th March by eating waffles. Over time the word "Vårfrudagen" has corrupted to "Våffeldagen" or Waffle day.
