A type of morel mushroom with a more rounded cap than other morels but still good for eating.

Baltic herring. A small variety of herring found in the Baltic Sea.
A stuffing of butter, parsley, horseradish and breadcrumbs sandwiched between two fillets of Baltic herring and fried.
