Lamb's quarter. A plant the young leaves of which are eaten raw or used as a cooked vegetable. They have a flavour similar to spinach and often cooked with chillis and pumpkin seeds.
Leafscale gulper shark. A species of shark which is widely distributed. Its meat is eaten, either dried or fresh, and it is also used for fishmeal.
Cheese cake baked in a mould. It is also a tortilla filled with melted cheese.
