Scrambled eggs with tomatoes.

A cake made with whole egg yolks enveloped in sugar paper and cooked in syrup. Also described as egg yolks which are beaten and then cooked in a sweet broth and then used as a filling.

"Green egg." A mixture of the yolks of hard boiled eggs, parsley and vinegar fried in olive oil.
