"Veal birds", similar to paupiettes or beef olives, stuffed with minced (US: ground) pork, onions and parsley, rolled, cooked and served with a spicy sauce.
"Bergen fish soup." Fish soup or chowder from Bergen made with a selection of fish and shellfish, and you will probably rarely see fresher, with white wine, vegetables and cream.
Lemon sole. A yellowish-brown, thin, translucent flatfish which is not a true sole, though it has the same blunted shape.
