Fruit juice

A pudding made with fruit syrup, usually of redcurrants, blackcurrants or raspberries, thickened with potato flour and served with cream or milk.

Water ice. Ice made from juice or purée of fruit and stirred as it freezes to provide a soft snow texture. Alternatively it made be a cold ice lolly on a stick.
