Bukta are baked desserts or buns which can be filled with a variety of ingredients, such as túró and ground walnuts, but the most popular filling is jam (US: jelly).
The best known Hungarian red table wine and is from vineyards around the town of Eger. It is made from Kadarka, Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes.
