Yoghurt, garlic and cucumber dip. When I lived in Greece I used to make a washing-up bowl of this every morning, without the aid of a grater. Some people are tempted to add mint but tsatsiki is just cucumber, garlic and yoghurt, with just a decoration of olive oil. It is absolutely delicious with grilled prawns or lamb or stuffed aubergines or peppers or just about anything really.
