crème de cacao

Chocolate liqueur produced in colourless and brown versions, the latter sometimes also flavoured with vanilla. The word Chouao on the label means the ca-cao beans come from Venezuela. Chouao is a suburb of Caracas. Crème de Cacao is useful in both the cocktail bar and the kitchen. It is sometimes drunk through a layer of cream.

crème de caneton froid
