Black caraway, the seeds of which have a warm odour and an aromatic, pungent and slightly bitter flavour.

Drumstick bean. A long, stick like pod. It is a delicacy used in fish stews or mixed vegetable dishes.

Yam bean. A tuber-like legume which has a large bulbous root with crisp, sweet, white flesh and a brown skin. It has a nutty flavour and can be eaten raw or cooked. There is a possibility that this is actually the potato bean, which is similar to jicama.
