Wilja is a second early potato with fair flavour which is a good all-rounder. It holds its shape when cooked and particularly suitable for boiling or steaming. Use in salads or casseroles. It is also good for baking, mashing, sautéing or roasting. Yellow, netted skin and pale yellow flesh.
