Smorgasbord. A buffet meal where a succession of small portions of hot or cold fish, meat and egg dishes, salads and vegetables are available, usually starting with herring and potatoes in some form. We ate the most superb Smörgåsbord on a small yacht when we were visiting Stockholm.
