"Windmill." Danish pastry dough rolled into 10 cm (4") squares and a little almond paste put in the centre of each one. An incision is made from each corner to within about 2 cm (1") of the centre. One corner of each triangle is then folded into the centre and pressed into the almond paste. After they have been baked a little redcurrant jelly is then put in the centre.
