"Tuna in the style of Syracuse." A tuna has small incisions made in the flesh, into which a stuffing of garlic, cloves and coriander (US: cilantro) is stuffed. The tuna is then placed in a pan containing softened onions and covered with a mixture of tomatoes, white wine vinegar and oregano and baked.
