A half moon-shaped, cow’s milk, blue, rather bland, Brie-like cheese. It is an Australian version of Bavarian Blue, Cambazola. imboon Farmhouse Cheese is located 10 km south of Timboon near Torquay, and Geelong, in the Otways, near the Bellarine Peninsula's famous Great Ocean Road in Western Victoria.
Timboon Farmhouse Cheese produces it's own organic milk and offers a unique range of award winning speciality cheeses, including camembert, brie, gourmet fetta, brie spread, herb and pepper torte and buetten. Apart from viewing the gourmet cheese making facilities,and cheese tastings, you can enjoy light lunches in pleasant cottage style gardens at the “Mousetrap."

Timboon Farmhouse Cheese has been turning its organically-farmed milk into cheese for some 15 years, now selling Australia-wide and internationally. The business was established by organic farmers Hermann and Marlis Schulz and is now run by their daughter, Audrey.
