Samosa. A triangle of rice pastry, stuffed with minced (US: ground) meats or vegetables and spices, and fried. One version favoured by Sophie Garnier, has a stuffing of tuna with combava, the name for kaffir lime on the islands, onions, and oyster sauce. Sounds delicious.
