Fromage de Saligny is a strong-smelling, soft, supple cow’s milk cheese with ivory to deep orange rind from the Yonne Bourgogne and made by the Société Lincet Saligny. It comes in creamy rounds of 250 g (8 oz) and has 50% fat. Wonderful cheese.
