There are different ways of preparing this. 1) A salad of potato and artichoke with tomatoes with ravigote sauce, olives and anchovies or 2) a salad of potatoes, tomatoes, asparagus tips, julienne of aubergine (US: eggplant) with sliced almonds, cream sauce and grated horseradish or 3) a salad of potatoes and tomatoes with French dressing.
