A medium-sized, flattened, indeterminate beefsteak tomato, highly lobed, with deep purple-pink skin weighing 85-170 g (3-6 oz) and about 6-7.5 cm (2½-3") in diameter. It is thin-skinned, with sweet, smoky, juicy flesh and seeds and appears in mid season.
