An aromatic chilli, (cheiro means aroma) it has a beautiful, smoky aroma. After the Malagueta pepper, it is one of the most popular chillis in Brazil, where it is mostly used in the north and north eastern regions. Shaped as a small ball, it is used in stews, salads and as a condiment for white meat and fish.
