"Eggs with anchovies." These are prepared in different ways. 1) Hard boiled eggs, the yolks removed and sieved, mixed with anchovy butter and chopped mushrooms, returned to the whites. They are they dipped in egg and breadcrumbs, fried and served with sauce anchois. 2) Scrambled eggs or eggs cooked in a dish, mixed with chopped anchovies and garnished with anchovy fillets.
