A semi-dry, naturally sparkling, amabile or frizzante, red DOC wine from four regions of Emilia-Romagna made with the grapes of the same name. These areas are Castelvetre, Reggio, Santo Croce and Sorbara. Lambrusco di Sorbara from Modena is one of the finest of the Lambruscos.
