"Cinnamon ears." Pastries made with yeast dough and flavoured with cardamom, spread with a filling of butter and sugar with cinnamon. The dough is then rolled up like a Swiss roll which is then cut into triangular wedges. The narrow ends of each triangle are then turned up to resemble ears.
