Har gau is a dumpling or dim sum filled with minced (US: ground) prawn wrapped in transparent dough made with wheatflour mixed with tapioca, sealed, steamed and served as a dim sum. Minced pork, spring onions (US: scallions) and bamboo shoots may be added to give more flavour. These are quite difficult to make.
