It is rolled in pinhead oatmeal and cracked pepper and is made by Highland Fine Cheeses.This cheese is made with pasteurised, whole milk with vegetable rennet so is suitable for vegetarians. It may be found weighing 125 g (5 oz). Affinage is just a few days.
