"Almond kisses." Ground almonds mixed with sugar and vanilla and mixed with beaten egg whites. A teaspoon of the mixture is taken and a hole made to be filled with jam such as zuccata. This is then covered with a little more of the almond mixture and the whole thing rolled into a ball. This makes a delicous surprise when the jam bursts into your mouth.
